Viva Stories by CONNECT subscriptions require a one-year (12-month) commitment, with payment options available as either monthly or prepaid. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the term, no refunds will be issued.

CONNECT subscriptions operate on a month-to-month basis. If you cancel your subscription mid-month, no refunds will be issued.
3. Member Conduct

Sharing login credentials or distributing copyrighted content is strictly prohibited.

Membership access is limited to the community in which you are currently employed. If you change jobs, your new employer must obtain a new subscription.

If you work at a multi-site organization, separate memberships are required for each location.
