2. Subscription & Payment

• Your subscription grants you access to exclusive member content.

• Viva Stories by CONNECT subscriptions require a one-year (12-month) commitment, with payment options available as either monthly or prepaid. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the term, no refunds will be issued.

• CONNECT subscriptions operate on a month-to-month basis. If you cancel your subscription mid-month, no refunds will be issued.

3. Member Conduct

• All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

• Sharing login credentials or distributing copyrighted content is strictly prohibited.

• Membership access is limited to the community in which you are currently employed. If you change jobs, your new employer must obtain a new subscription.

4. Content Access & Use

• All materials are for use exclusively in the community where you work.

• If you work at a multi-site organization, separate memberships are required for each location.

• Redistribution, reproduction, or resale of materials is strictly prohibited.

• We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove available content at our discretion.

• Unauthorized use, such as hacking or distributing harmful content, is strictly prohibited.

• We collect and store only the information necessary to manage your subscription.

• Your data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
